At Elder Care Cottages our #1 priority is to give your loved one the care they need so you can focus on spending time with them worry-free. All residents are given a comprehensive physical and memory care assessment by our RN and Administrator who specialize in dementia and memory care. We meet all our residents where they are at and provide expertly tailored care during their stay with us.
Our residents' comfort is a task we don’t take lightly. Every cottage contains 12 bedrooms with full bathrooms and walk-in showers. We provide housekeeping and laundry services to ensure a cleanly and healthy atmosphere. Elder Care Cottages ensures your loved one has a comfortable homey place to live.
Our vibrant activity calendar, along with our dedicated team, helps our residents maintain an active, engaging and happy life through a variety of meaningful activities. Many of our residents enjoy games of chance, crafts, reading, musical entertainment, parties, cooking and baking, gardening, afternoon tea, exercise, manicures, social hour and much more!
Dinner time is an essential source of enjoyment, activity and community at Elder Care Cottages. Meals are prepared and served family-style in each Cottage for the Elders and caregivers to enjoy together. Residents and caregivers will sit and eat together while engaging in lively conversation, laughing or listening to soothing music. Socialization with the caregivers and each other is a key factor in keeping our residents healthy and happy.
Feeling relaxed and comfortable is essential to our residents. Our soothing spa rooms, equipped with safe, handicap-accessible equipment, let our residents choose either a walk-in whirlpool tub or a barrier-free shower. We also have a licensed beautician who works as an independent contractor to provide the most stylish looks to our residents. They are sure to leave the salon looking and feeling great.
